The firm draws strength from the diverse expertise of its three principals, seamlessly integrating Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting services into a comprehensive, full-service solution.

Cody O'Kelly

President & Founder
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Cody O’Kelly works with unparalleled depth and understanding on every project.
He has overseen tenant improvement projects, custom home builds ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. homes to 11,000 sq. ft. estates, large scale hospitality projects such as the Ritz Carlton Vail and the renovation of the Vail Marriott.
Cody’s work has also taken him out-of-state, heading up high-end retail/commercial and residential construction jobs in other resort markets in CA, WA, UT, VT.
Cody has a BS in Finance/Economics from Millsaps College and a MS in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
Kellye O'Kelly

Founder & Principal Designer
Born and raised in South Central Texas, Kellye attended the University of Texas Austin receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Upon graduation she fulfilled her dream of a life in the Colorado mountains moving to Vail and working for Slifer Designs.
After more than twenty years in the industry, progressing to the role of Senior Designer Kellye joined her husband Principal Builder Cody O’Kelly starting OCG design and construction firm in 2016.
When not working, Kellye enjoys all that the area has to offer, skiing in the winter months and mountain biking the remainder of the year. She resides in Eagle with her husband Cody and children - son Keegan and daughter Quinn - and their wire-haired pointing griffon Heidi.
Allan Arnason

Partner & Vice President
Allan is a local Coloradan who brings 15+ years of field experience to the team with a track record of successful projects ranging from smaller remodels to large-scale mixed-use projects. His work passion is being in the field solving problems and working with subs to get the job done right the first time.
Allan is a CSU Alumni with a BS in Construction Management, he lives in Eagle Vail with his two kids, Wyatt and Sloane, and his wife Adrienne.
