Looking at each building project from the micro and macro level to ensure the client's interest's are protected. In our world, we provide guidance on all facets of the project not just the "sticks and bricks".

Constantly learning and building off our substantial experience helps OCG provide high quality projects on time, on budget. Checking and double checking that materials and specifications are coordinated to minimize issues and identify opportunities helps the team's stay energized and focused on the client's goals. Systematically reviewing work in progress so that the quality of the project is not compromised.
Project Management

Properly trained, properly experienced team members focus on the small details as well as the big picture to ensure the project's goals are met daily, weekly, and at turnover. We pair onsite Site Supervision and Project Managers supported with Project Administration on each of our projects to help mitigate project risk and amplify project quality.
Completion & Handover

Every project is thoroughly reviewed and tested internaly and with the Design Team prior to asking the clients to review. Helping mitigate punch list items and shortening the time from Final Inspection to the project being 100% ready for client use. OCG has internal team members trained in field work needed to expedite any last minute repairs. These help take the drama out of finishing the last parts of the project.
